Another customized sump

This sump was a new design I came up with. To fit the stand, its footprint had to be 60 x 24 which left space for an external Dart pump.
Here's my sketch. Note the way the water has to travel through the sump and finally exit. It has the option to run filter socks or use the bubble tower.
My customer decided to send me his Deltec skimmer to make sure it would fit. This sump was quite heavy, made with 3/8" Acrylite GP and shipped on a pallet.
The water exits the skimmer zone and travels through a 2" wide channel into the return zone.
These descriptions may help.
I realize this one is a little confusing, but it's the best I can come up with since it isn't an animated gif. My goal was to make sure the full length of the sump was all return zone so it wouldn't run dry too quickly. The linear run of 60" prevents microbubbles from entering the return pump, and leaves space for reactors, heaters, probes, top off, dosing, and anything else one might want to place in there.
