Reefdaddy

First off I am no guru on skimmers like Luke33 is on other forums. However I do know a thing or 2 on what works for me. I started on this project with a Reef devil skimmer,It was a devil to setup and stabalize. I called it Satan. Anyhow I stuck with this for part of my process but eventually got my hands on turbo clone


Well I got my hands on turbo clone, but it needed work badly
But hey it was free, so I could not complain. here it is.


Now after talking to Bud Steve,(BigRed) I wanted to mod it quite a bit. so I took it over to his house and we came up this.

With a small Sedra needlewheel, it ran ok and made skimmate, but it was lacking for sure. The 4 inch kneck really made that Sedra strain, and also how long the kneck was had something to do with it.

well after a bit I decided to shorten the kneck a bit and bought a new pump. psk2500 Sicce.
Here it is just completed I am waiting on uniseal to finish it up , I hope it arrives soon so I can take Satan offline.
