Midnight

I was out mowing the grass one day and I saw a Public Works truck pull up to the neighbors house. Three men climb out of the truck and grab some tools from the bed of the truck. One guy measures and marks a spot on the ground. A second man digs decent size hole and stands back. The third gentleman fills the hole back in with the same dirt and they pack up and drive down the street. They stop about four house down and repeat the same thing. And when they stopped at a third location I had to know what they were doing. So I walked down the street and got to them and the digger was digging the hole. So I just came out with it and asked why they were marking, digging, and filling in holes. And the leader of the bunch replies with "Well bob called in sick, he is usually the one that puts the trees in the hole."
