The 5.5 Gallon Nano tank

On Saturday I finally got around to trying Coral RX, Flatworm Exit, and cyclopeeze. I noticed about a week ago some red flat worms showing up in my tank. Couldn't find a lot of them but seeing them to begin with had my a little upset . So I went on line and ordered FWE, Coral RX and Cyclopeeze. The first thing I tried was the coral RX, since none of my corals are glued in permanent places yet, I took all of them out and followed the directions on the bottle of 4 capfuls per 1 gallon of tank water. I left the corals in the solution for 10 minutes. While they were being dipped I added 1 gallon of fresh salt back into the tank, and set up a "rinse" container for the corals that were being dipped, also of fresh Salt. I then proceeded to use the FWE. I used 5 drops, even though the directions said 4 for every 5 gallons. Every thread I read said more was needed, so I dropped in an extra one for 5 drops total. About 3 minutes after the drops I could see the flat worms starting to really move. FWE was irritating them. Then I started to see them float, and I began vacuuming them out as I saw them. after about thirty minutes I put in some carbon and purigen to remove whatever I could, and did a 2 gallon water change. My tiger goby did hide while the FWE treatment was going on, but after the treatment it did not seem like he was harmed. I let everything run for an hour and started to put the corals back into the tank. A full 48 hours later everything is open and I haven't seen a flat worm yet. Overall the use of the FWE went smoothly and the CoralRx did what it said it would do. After I was done I looked in the CoralRX container that I used for dipping and there were pods, flat worms, a bristle worm, algae, it basically killed anything on the coral, except the coral. Oh, and one of my rocks had some bubble algae on it and after I pulled it out the bubbles were clear, and no longer green. Dead? I'm not sure, I removed it off the rock. I also had what looked like what people call Dragon breath on the same rock, and it went from a red color to a BRIGHT orange color. I left it on the rock to see if it would grow out like that, I guess only time will tell. I would recommend both of these products to people, of course on the FWE I was able to take all of my corals out, which I know is not feasible for everyone, but my tiger goby survived so it must be fish safe. I also fed the tank cyclopeeze for the first time and my palys/zoas all had some to eat, and the tiger goby seemed to love it. I never saw him move for food so fast. The only thing is the excess food floats to the top do they ever sink? So that was my Saturday night, hope I could help some of you out in your decisions about these products!
