My new tank.

This is my first blog post ever...I have really enjoyed reading and following along with all of your posts, so I figured now would be a good time to start my own...

I am sooo excited to finally move up to a little larger tank! I recently purchased a 58 gallon oceanic with center overflow, along with a 15 gallon sump. This is a pic of it running before I bought it. It's less than 3 years old and in really good condition.

For the last year or so I've had a 35G hex tank that is turning into a really cool little reef, but the main drawback to the 35 is the fact that it's so tall and there's not much room to put anything, or room for fish to swim. The 58G has a lot more room from front to back and I'm excited to finally have a sump too.

I will definitely keep you all updated as I move forward with this set up.

Looks like a nice clean set up. I like how you've got the sump in place, a skimmer in action, and the electrical up off the floor of the stand.

    Jelous!

Thankfully I'm still stocking my 29 gallon, but if I happen to fall into a deal of a really nice big tank, I'm going for it.
