At the same time, each day...

Every evening around 5:32 p.m. all the fish get excited about their pending meal. I have an Eheim autofeeder suspended over my reef in the upper left corner. It dumps food into the water though an acrylic bracket I sell on my site called the Eheim Chimney: http://melevsreef.com/catalog/eheim-...feeder-chimney This keeps the food in the water and none of it goes out/down the overflow into the sump.
What makes this time fun for me is watching all the Skunk clownfish rise up out of the Sebae anemone and face the left side of the tank. In these three similar images, you can see how they not only look to the left but many swim pretty far from their home to get their meal. One image allows you to count all 11 of them, in fact. Spock is the first one to gobble up as much as possible, but a lot of the food comes out her gills, which drift into the Vortech pump to disperse it into the reef and toward those clownfish.
