The first few photo's are of the stand during the build. You can see the 2 PVC conduits that will have the wiring that runs from the front to back of the stand. There are 2 sets of hangers that are mounted between the 2 conduits. The return manifold is mounted to the hanger between the 2 conduits. The return manifold was shortened by one output and raised and mounted above the hangers after these photos. This was to allow removal of the skimmer from the sump without going to a lot of trouble. The return manifold has 1 input from the return pump and 5 outputs each with a 1/4 turn valve. Some of the panels still had just primer on the stand side in these photos. It does make it easier to see how the strip near the bottom of the panel overlaps the stand. This is to make sure water dripping off the panel ends up in the stand and not the floor. There is a gap here to alow the air flow from the vents at the bottom of the panel to flow through the stand to the back cover. The fans on the back cover vent the air out from the stand.
The last photo is of the tank, stand and canopy as it is now. There are a few things left to do, but this is how it will look when finished. No water in the tank yet, just the sump. The white tube running along the wall is the topoff water from the garage. When it gets coller here I will see if I can get a wall plate a little closer to the tank. The other cable is the controller buss cable that is also headed to the garage via the wall plate. The ATO pump is in the garage with the DI storage. The pump used is the DP1 which is a module for the controller I am using. It does not seem to have an issue pumping up through the attic to the tank. It has been running this way since June. It was being used also when the tank was in the garage. The pump has been running since the first of December whithout any issues. I got 2 more of these pumps to try auto water changes but that will have to wait till I can get some more tubing ran to accommodate this.
