The first photo is of the top outer frame assembly complete(top view). Around the white area is trim with the top at a 15 degree down angle to keep any splashed water in the white area. The back cover also has matching trim that ovelaps this trim so any water that is dripping down the side of the back cover will remain in the white area. The second photo of the top frame assembly complete(bottom view) shows the router pattern to allow the frame to cover the top of the side panels and back cabinet assembly. The white painted area has trim around the inner hole. This also has a 15 degree down angle toward the hole. This is where the hoses from the overflow will pass. Also any water spliied in the back will pass through this hole are go into the stand between the side panels and tank. I have to apologize that I don't have a photo of the complete bottom outer frame without it being attached to the stand. The remaining photos are of the bottom outer frame assembly attached to the stand. Sorry that some are a little out of focus as they were taken with an iPad. The black area is where the side panels and back panel with cabinet will attach. Each side has two drain holes in this black area incase water does make here it will not pool here. The holes were drilled and soda straw was glued inside the hole. After drying it was cut off flush. This was to protect the wood inside the hole. I was not sure that I could get paint down in such a small hole. These are visible in the photo of the back area. The back area has to square holes. You can see the concrete slab below. I know it looks the same as the carpet but the carpet only goes under the outer frame assembly and not the actual stand. It is on the concrete foundation. I did have two outlet boxes attached in this location. I had to remove the cabinet to do some work and decided that it was to hard to deal with disconnecting these. They are now mounted to the cabinet assembly so no need to disconnect them now. Hopefully I won't have to remove it again anyway. I did get a chance to move things around and add a third power bar while it was off the stand.
