It's looking great! But, Marc will tell you that you need to clean the coraline off the back and scrape the front glass at the sandbed lol. What is the thick fuzzy coral in the bottom center left?

lol I work and go to school fill time, and it's hunting season, so tank looks pretty considering. that's a duncan. that back glass is hard to get to with a 2 foot deep tank and a 18 inch wide center brace

Is it not good for coraline aglae to grow on the glass? Tank looks nice. What is the down side to having it on the glass?

The centerbrace makes it really hard to clean off, I completely agree. I'm dealing with that myself with the temporary 215g.

If you scrape off corallline, the little bits will take root elsewhere, like on the rockwork. Your view isn't spoiled and the corals stand out better visually.

Coralline on acrylic leaves hazy patches if you leave it there too long.

there you are!!!! any tips for getting off over flow boxes besides the obvious scraper blade

The overflow boxes made of ABS, especially those with textur... are the worst to try to clean. You'd probably need a stiff brush to get it out of the pitted area. Focus on the glass and perhaps ignore the overflow boxes.

Doesn't look like birdsnest to me at all. Stylophora perhaps. Or Porites.

Images wider than the text area get truncated on RA unfortunately. I share my images at 770 pixels wide. Yours was more than 1000.

My desktop has a wide screen 24" samsung, so it always displays the whole thing. My iphone and ipad get confused and put the left panel over the middle of the picture?

"The site isn't very Apple friendly." I think that is hilarious since you are an Apple guy

I'm an Apply & PC guy. But Vbulletin sure doesn't like Apple products. I do run the site from my Mac more than my PC.
