Another big sump gone

I ship a lot of sumps, but the ones that need to be crated seem to be more important, so I'm sharing.
This one is made with 3/8" cast acrylic, and is 48" x 24" x 16". It's a tough sump. This is the front of the sump. It will be installed in a basement with the refugium side up against a wall.
The three zoned sump provides both a skimmer section, a long refugium zone, and a large return section to hold all the reactors and gear. The skimmer stand is wrapped up for shipping in these pictures.
The bubble tower has a 1.5" bulkhead for one drain line. The skimmer section is 17" x 20", providing room for a protein skimmer with a 16" x 16" footprint. Included in the order was a 16" x 16" x 3" skimmer stand to put the skimmer at the desired 6.5" water depth. A piece of PVC will be installed by the customer into the bottom side of the bulkhead to direct the water cleanly into the sump.
The refugium is 6" wide, and runs full length to drain into the return zone. It will be lit with LEDs. The bulkhead is 1".
The external pump will connect to this 1.5" threaded/slip bulkhead. The threaded side is to screw in a strainer, and the slip side accepts PVC or SpaFlex tubing.
I rounded over the edges for this customer.
Packing time.
It weighed in at 200 lbs at Fedex. I really thought it was going to be 125 lbs.
