Long time lurker - my two year old clownfish pair started laying eggs a few weeks ago in my 65 Gallon mixed reef. This is their second clutch of eggs. The first ones were not viable and assume were eaten by the parents. This set was laid last week. We're thinking about trying our hand at raising them but will wait for a few more clutches first and also to train them to lay on tile.

They laid their eggs on the base of the euphylia that they've been hosting in. Not sure how to train them to use a tile but assume I'll start by putting a tile in the same location as their current eggs are at.

Lot of research to do on raising clownfish larvae.
