It looks like some type of Cowrie, possibly. I'd love to see better pictures of it. Can you net that guy and move it to the front of the tank?

That's why I said "net" the guy, so you don't have to touch it. If you see it again, get it out of the tank into a glass or bowl and get more pictures of it.

i also if i can ask here my acans are dying , is that due to a 40 ppm of nitrate, thinking about doing the phosban 150 with npx pellets been using vodka dosing but only since this week i also did a 30 gallon water change last week to no avail and i did it in a 3 day time span

    tank is 60 gallons

If you do a 30g water change every other day for two weeks, your nitrates will drop to nearly 0. Each time you do a 50% water change, you'll cut the nitrate in half. 40 becomes 20 becomes 10 becomes 5 becomes 2.5 becomes 1.25ppm in 5 water changes.

We need to know all the facts about your system. I wouldn't recommend dosing vodka and running pellets unless you've got a few years of real experience under your belt.

Your acans could be suffering for any number of reasons. So give us a full summary about your tank.
