Ugh - Tank is not bouncing back after Sunday's move

The tank was cloudy white on Sunday after I finished getting everything put in it, not unexpected. It cleared up somewhat yesterday, but it appeared to have regressed today. My guess is that I'm getting a bacterial bloom from the sandbed being disturbed.
The makeup of the water that filled the new tank was probably 60-70% 3 day old heated, mixed saltwater @ pH, Salinity, & Temp and 40-30% saltwater that I moved with the tank. Water temps got down to about 72-73 when moving the tank. I'm sure the sandbed was likely colder than that; I left it and .25" of water in the tank.
I did a 4 gal. water change this morning and hooked up my new (to me) Deltec MCE300; it'll at least oxygenate the water and will hopefully skim out some of the bacteria (If that is what's happening). I'm running purigen and a big bag of carbon.
Any hints/tips?
I may do a 4 gal. water change when I get home again tonight if it looks like it needs it.
