I got this cool fish for my new tank because I saw it and I couldn't pass it up. Shy doesn't begin to describe it. It literally found the only hole in my rockwork that makes a cave and hid there for a few days. It only just started to come out and swim around tonight. So of course, I have the mother load of PEmysis floating around in my tank right now hoping that he'll snatch some up that floats by his hidey hole. (SCORE! Just gobbled one up as I'm typing) I'm not upset that he's so shy. His little hole is in the back of the "tree" of my aquascape, but my desk sits to the side so I can see his profile when he pops out. My lights just went out and he came out to the front of the tank! Thank goodness for moon lights. This is definitely a cool critter to have. I thought my pair of Helfrichi's firefish were going to be my favorites because they are always out chillin and watching me, but this little tease is fun!
