Hi my name is Matt and I am an addict...
I have been a reef addict for the past decade. It all started at dinner one night with my, then future in-laws. Ken my, present, father in law was talking about his 90g saltwater aquarium. I had always wanted a saltwater tank, but was always told it was way to hard and just not really possible. After dinner I soon realized that I could totally do this! I ran to the LFS and bought a 55g set up quicker than quick. I soon had the cycle going and for a month I sat in front of a lifeless tank watching the sand blow around thinking "Gosh isn't she pretty." I added my first damsel and I then realized... I was an addict.
I have had several successful reefs over the years but I find myself tank less right now. I recently have moved to a new city for work and in the process I had to sell my 3 reefs. Now that I'm settled, I need reef! I have a 50g acrylic tank and sump being built by a club member right now. Even though this will be one of the smallest reefs that I have had, it will surely be the best! Stay tuned for this addicts' journey ahead...
