I've been giving the current reef situation a lot of thought tonight as I'm preparing for my departure, and I believe I may have figured out where the excess bacteria is coming from. When I dose Prodibio's BioDigest and Bioptim, it requires two Pro vials to match my water volume (or so I thought). I'm using an alternate packaged vials now, which allows you to drip it in. Decided I'm going to give the Brightwell Neo Zeo method a try on my 90 gal. I've ordered all the supplies and will be setting it up this weekend. I'm planning on documenting the process here. I've read all their documentation, but would love to hear and tips or suggestions from other hobbyists who've tried it. I'm also kinda wondering if anyone has combined a Zeo method with Prodibio, too....
