Well for the past four months now I have been reef-less and it's seriously killing me. I had to sell my 3 reefs for a move to a new city. I'm all settled in now and ready start my next reef. So, I wasn't crazy about the potential energy consumption of this new hobby. All the pumps, heaters, lights, timers, skimmers.... I saw a post about using a sky light and I thought that it would be a slick place for one. I went up in the attic and verified that I would only have to move some electrical and one beam.
