  1. Snow - my favorite topic; & a power outage to deal with

I've lived in Fort Worth, Texas since I was 17. We get about one inch of snow one day a year, and the following day it is gone. People in our area usually have no idea how to drive on the stuff because it is so rare, and chaos ensues. I usually enjoy the view from the comfort of my home, sipping on hot cocoa. 3. "Pumps" Internal VS External

Anyone have an opinion on this topic. I'm currently running an Iwaki MD40RLXT 1200 gph external pump on a 144 gal Halfcircle. I'm cool with the performance but think it is a little loud. I'm using duel Tunzes 6105 for flow, so only need the pump for turnover. if anyone as any suggestion it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Over the last couple of weeks and months many great reefers and aspiring breeders have approached me online and in person and have asked me what is takes to do this. Figured it was time to put together some of my thoughts on how to get started, what it will take, what it could cost, etc.... I cannot begin to tell you how many countless folks have shot me a message exclaming.
