As I was bike riding along Back Bay in Newport Beach, CA, I noticed thousands of cerith snails out on the mud flats. I haven't taken any readings to determine the salinity and temperature in which they are residing, but I would like to ask other addicts if it would be possible to acclimate some of the Newport Beach cerith snails into a tropical (79 - 80 degree) system. Any thoughts? Suggestions?
Hey guy's, I'm new to keeping SPS corals. A few day's ago I picked up a couple of Acro's and Milli's, I live in Sydney Australia, you wouldn't believe how hard it is for us to buy SPS, all our collectors prefer to ship them to you guy's, rather than to sell to local people, must be better money? Any way, my question is, would I be correct in saying that if my SPS are showing polyp extension then they are happy? I currently have them sitting at the bottom of the tank. I can see that ...
