Julian Sprung is coming out with a new mag product for calcium reactors. It's an add in to be used with tlf Reborn media which I am currently using. It's called Remag. Anybody have any experience or information on this new product?

OK. So I've been working on my dream tank for several years now and it is becoming a reality. I originally thought I was going to have a 12' x 7' rectangular room but now the room has changed into an odd shaped 15' x 4' x 11' x 10' x 4' room. I was originally planning on a 600 gallon tank but decided reduced it to a 465 gallon after meeting with the architects and finding out how much space would be designated for the aquarium and doing some long hard thinking about ...

I recently upgraded my 2 mp60's to the quiet drives. I initially had an issue with night mode and to make a long story short I purchased a Reeflink. Firstly, it was a breeze to set up and found both vortecs right away. Nice! I found that the night mode function has been eliminated in ecotech live. It is now just constant speed mode which is essentially the same thing. Ecosmart modes are initially pre programmed so I chose to change those modes to better match what I had going on before the upgrades. ...

Today marks 26 months since the 400g was started anew. While it isn't perfect and I have some pests to target, I took pictures and did water tests to see how things are. Yesterday, a number of DFWMAS members came out for a Photography Workshop so the tank was cleaned prior to their arrival. Today I just swiped the glass clean, waited a couple of hours and took a series of pictures with three different lenses (18-200mm, 50mm, and 105mm).

Well, I decided I had enough of the noise from my 2 mp60's so I upgraded both to the new quiet drives. What an amazing difference! One is now almost silent and the other is at least 80% quieter. Here's where things go a bit sideways. Neither driver will remember night mode. While not a big deal I think all features should work properly.
