I just realized by making successive blog posts that I am monopolizing the "Recent Post" section on the right side of the home page, I apologize and promise this is my last blog entry for a while. A couple weeks ago my father-in-law and I (he had the skills and tools, I had the vision and plan) tackled making a sump/refugium out of 1/4" acrylic. Following a couple online sources, including Melev's acrylic guide, we came out with a winner (my father-in-law still can't believe that we succeeded without any leaks).
