  1. An urgent shipment

    I had a customer order a sump in mid-March, and he had to have it by mid-April. He's serving in the military, and was coming home for one week before returning to Afghanistan for four more months. At the time, the time frame was easily met. Then life happened. My tank burst a leak. I got sick with the flu for 10 days. Time passed with my life in crisis, and his sump wasn't getting built, let alone shipped by my own April 10 deadline.

  2. The Aquarium on Papermill

    Today i also had the opportunity to visit The Aquarium its a lfs located In Knoxville Tn about 2hrs from my house i will do this blog exactly like i did the one for The Coral Reef. im going to keep it simple just insert the pics below and a short review at the bottom i hope you all enjoy

  3. The Coral Reef

    Today I finally had the opportunity to visit a fish store ive been wanting to go to for quite some time.
    its a place called The Coral Reef it is located in Knoxville Tn and is about 2 hours from my house.
    im not going to go into great detail about the store even though i would like to. im going to simply place the pictures i took below and comment about the store as i go.

  4. New frag tank setup

    Since my shallow 60g is on eternal hold, I decided I needed to change things up somewhere. My current growout system is a very traditional setup- 40 breeder tank consisting of racks of eggcrate for the frags, draining into a very basic sump housing the skimmer and heater. Internal return pump and feed pump for the GAC/GFO reactor. A separate 10g tank holding top-off water to be added to the sump controlled by a level sensor. Nothing special.
