I just wanted to give a hurrahhhh to Neptune systems for their great support. If you are planning on the purchase of a controller, I would recommend Neptune for everyone. Not only do they offer one of the best controllers on the market, but there support is second to none. Twice I have had issues arise with my apex that Curt at Neptune was able to instruct me via email in order to fix. He has always gotten back to me in the same business day. So I am trying to figure out the best way to set up the closed loop on my new tank. Here is a sketchup model of how the tank is currently drilled/plumbed.
