After being out of the hobby a few years I decided to get back in after a visit to Melev's website. So i decided to setup a smaller tank I had. It just happened to be a Hex tank. I wanted to used LED lighting so I needed a canopy to install the lighting in. So here goes.

Well it has been 5 years since I posted to my blog. I moved houses and now have a huge finished basement and moderately sized unfinished section as well. I am hoping to start a 75 gallon stand this weekend to re-home my cichlids and then I am off to my 125 gallon reef build attempt. Still have all the equipment I posted 5 years ago and now I have two 40 gallon breeders from the $1 a gallon sale at Petco for a QT and Hospital tank.

So the last blog consisted of some pictures of a leaking bulkhead..........yeah a little scary. To make matters worse this bulkhead was on a closed loop system, so no overflow. Yes panic ensued.
