Lighting

Can someone recommend a good moon light for a 4ft tank. I had some R2 Extremes on my tank and the power adapter fell apart and cannot get in contact with them about a replacement.

Alrighty, round 3. This website hates me. I can't log in at all on my phone or tablet, and I can't stay logged in long enough to post on a computer. I love this site and want to be able to participate more. Technology is frustrating.

Last update was in early December of last year and there have been a lot of changes since then;

There is nothing like being on a service or feeding visit to this system and having students saying "what are those things everywhere they are beautiful" or "I love how you have that stuff growing on all the rock oooh look its even walls and those swirly things", depending on my mood that day sometimes I just smile and laugh to myself, other days I crack up laughing and then have to explain how bad they are, then I have the days when I breakdown into tears and am ready to call ...

I wanted to start this post off a little early. And open with a breakdown of the current system and reasoning for this remodel. This will be an ongoing blog so check back regularly for updates. Last year, I posted about the upgrade from single ended metal halides to TwinArc bulbs. I used the same reflectors and ballasts, but could now have 20,000K lighting for a few hours and 10,000K lighting for a few hours, daily.
