Basic full overview of the system
Hey guys, As promised in my most recent post, I am posting some videos of the water test I did today. This month my tank is 41 years old. I don't remember when I was 41 years old.
To sum things up my tank is one of the worst offenders of the "Cheap reef tank attempts." But, Change is a comin'. My systems specs are as follows. Main Tank: 100 gallons 48in L, 24in W, 24in T. Protein skimmer: Sea Clone, Pump: Little Giant external pump, Reactor: Phosban Reactor rigged for Biopellets, Sump: 30 gallons no refugium. Chiller: 1 hp, UV: Built in AquaFine UV Sterilizer. There's been quite a few changes since I've last posted here. I now have LED lights, which meant I needed my hood to be redone. I've also added a couple other fun things. Anyway... here were my original ideas for my build that i posted on my local reef club forum I have a 40 gal tank that i once had setup as a frag tank. I took the tank down and im going to drill and sump it and setup a reef tank.
