  1. Nudibranch perhaps?

    Hello all,

I have posted a video of a critter that I had the opportunity to film. The focus gets better after a few seconds.

  2. Measuring water's evaporation

Each day for the past week, I've been marking how much water is being used by my reef. I took a piece of blue masking tape and applied it vertically on the acrylic reservoir I made.

Each day around the same time, I drew a line, marked the day and time it was measured.

What I've discovered is that the ATO reservoir holds more ...

  3. Berlin style sump or refugium?

I just got my new Oceanic dual overflow 140 gallon. I have been researching and think I'm going to plumb it with the Herbie method. My question is-If im going to run carbon and gfo or biopellets, will I also need to run a refugium? I currently run a fuge on my 75 gallon set up and I have problems with reoccuring ...

talking about food. My columbian shark which I had in my previous freshwater tank eats about a full jar of formula one per month. I feed him the medium pellets because he doesn't even notice the other food.

  5. Not just for Clean up Crew any more

The Cube of Fun is no longer just an exclusive hangout for clean-up-crew members only. Keep in mind, even though I just recently started posting, the tank has been up for over 8 weeks and has cycled.

Two new buddies, Calypso and Storm (yes, I name fish, do not judge)

I got this Frogspawn frag. It was broken off and was laying on the bottom of a tank not looking so good. I figured I would ...
