New full tank shot, taken tonight 8/14/10. It's finally coming together!
Front.

This is the side that's viewable from the entry and kitchen. I know the cords look sloppy, but keep in mind we still have no canopy. Temporary lights = temporary cords. lol

Thanks, Mike. I'm going to go back in and add a pic of the back, too.

I like it. You've got a tank full of livestock and the water is staying in the system. How's the water? It looks a tiny bit cloudy in these images. Any concerns about the RBTA being that close to a closed loop intake?

No, the rbta seems to be staying put. It migrated from the top of that rock to the bottom, and has stayed there for the last two months. I sincerely doubt this guy will do anything as crazy as releasing from the rock when he has so many other nooks and crannies nearby to explore.

As for the cloudy water.... Sigh. I'm in the middle of eliminating my frag tanks from my system. That's where my filter sock has lived. I'm doing some deep thinking on where I can put it in the sump. (Read: I'm waiting for Jon to figure it out for me, lol) Until then, my super-sugar-fine sand is putting minute amounts of sediment into the water coulumn, and it isn't being filtered out. I do have to fine tune the closed loop outputs, which happen to be an inch above the sandbed. (Okay, that should read: Waiting for Jon to do that for me as well)

Anyhow, I'm sure we'll get the issues figured out sooner or later, lol! Probably not before MACNA, though. I forbade Jon to make any more adjustments or improvements to the tank's plumbing til after we return from our vacation. I totally trust my tank/dog/cat sitter, but he SO doesn't need to troubleshoot!
