Now that water is at acceptable levels, after implementing Balling, I was thinking maybe it was time to try adding some corals again.
Then, guess what, I heard about a guy selling his 86L nano with all inside, thought the price looked good, and bought it.
Got some beautiful looking natural live rocks, two small peppermint shrimp, a nice small leather coral, a few Trumpets, some Zoanthus and Palithoa, a medium Galaxea, a small Xenia and some scattered greenish Mushroom corals and Green Star Polyps.
And a pair of juvenile Clownfish, which I can't put in my tank for I already have a pair (more on that later).
And his fish tank, a semi-cylinder Boyu BYG-86.
Here are some pictures of the corals acquired:
Finally, FTS (front and back):
I'm satisfied. The large rock at the FTS front picture has some nice holes in it, looks very natural. The Leather, Galaxea and Anemone are moving nicely with the random currents generated by my 2 Vortech MP-10s, gave a really nice touch to the tank.
The clown fish I put into a small 26L nano Boyu BY-388 I had, deactivated for almost a year, together with some of his live rock. I'm intending to give that nano to a friend. She is still in the process of convincing her husband it is a good idea LOL, but I have faith she'll succeed. Look how cute they look in the nano :
Oh, here is a picture of how the "little" white anemone grew well now. It is definitely a BTA, and although it might look small in this picture, but the tentacles extend about 3 to 4cm, and the upright body is about 8 to 10cm tall.
That's it for now. Good reefing.
