For those of you that are within driving range of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I wanted to share a little snippet. One of our speakers is Gerald Heslinga, who is flying in for our Next Wave 2011 conference on February 26. Who is Gerald? He's the owner of IPSF.com - Indo-Pacific Sea Farms.

I have been in Hawaii running Indo-Pacific Sea Farms for the past fifteen years and I will focus on that work. The basic idea will be to illustrate how wide a variety of organisms is being sustainably produced on a commercial scale for reef aquariums, including some of the lesser known macroalgae forms and the functional sandbed organisms, and how they contribute to maintaining healthy captive reefs.
