Yes thanks!
Thanks to all those who have sacrificed in any way to keep our freedoms.
Many events have touched my life, but this one hit me pretty hard. I hate to admit that because it seems to give power to those that would hurt us, but this is one day I'll never forget. I have a small tie to New York since I was born in Manhattan, and distinctly remember watching the news that morning. I called my father to tell him to turn on the tv (prior to the second plane's attack). Sounds cliche, but it's true. It changed our lives. It is oft referenced, and in a way our freedom was reduced as a result. All the 'safety' we are told to endure has made air travel less enjoyable, unfortunately. For those that want to know more about that day, here's the Wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/September_11_attacks
amen.......
AWESOME!! is it for sale???? Ill pay $30
And so it begins again.
Very interesting article! I,ve done a lot of research on global warming and such a few years back. If you look at the science of global warming it is very interesting. Who's right, who's wrong?! Who really knows??
Thanks for the comments. The tank is lit with T5's two 10K's and two actinic's. The picture of the Acans were taken with just the actinic only. The Hammer is the size of a basketball and is starting to come out of the water on the top. Guess what I will be bringing to the upcoming frag swap?
WoW That is a very nice tank! The acan is awesome, I don't think I have ever seen one of those with such vibrant colors.
That one rainbox acan is spectacular - I wish it was a massive colony like your hammer. Your 10 year old tank is looking great, David. Of course, Tippie gets all the credit, right?
very nice tank what lights are you running?
Beautiful, absolutely beautiful!
The video was shot May 2010. This is the best aquarium that I have been to so far, and I have been to most of them in the US, well worth a visit if you get a chance. Here is a link to the aquarium: Osaka Aquarium
I love your wandering coral. I can't wait until it's much bigger.
It is going to be interesting to see how they grow together. By the way I do not know how the coral got attached to the snail.
I have a mushroom that does that too. Then one day it sprouted legs and claws.
That's pretty cool.
It is doing great, the LFS owner broke a peice from their display tank for me. I've only had it for 2 weeks so far. Can't wait for them to grow. I might get with you about some birdsnest.
