I'm going to use smoked acrylic for the baffles. That should be enough (I hope,) and I'll aim the fuge back away from the main tank. It's a work in progress so we'll see how it "works" I'm getting delayed on this part of the project - busy as heck! But hope to be able to get water in late next week. I'll take a lot of picts of this part of the build and as the sand, water, and more goes in!
Yeah pictures! Have you thought about how you will deal with the light spill from the fuge light into the main part of the tank?
You are making good progress.
Well I'll post a pick this week. The stand is done, in true DIY fashion. I was going to paint it, but think I'll leave it bare... It's in my office and engineers offices aren't known to be trendy and clean. LOL!
We will need pics, especially if it turns out badly.
Gonna play with some wireless control? Don't forget the pics!
Beautiful wife...Rough tank stand...I guess somethings got to give. With a username like D.A. youd better go with the RKE or we'll all be disappointed.
Sweet - I'm subscribed as well. Looking forward to your future entries.
lol... The tank is dry on sitting on the floor. Stand will be built next weekend as well as the in tank sump.
I find your lack of pictures disturbing.
