I'm using SeaChem Reef Salt for the one amazing reason my LFS sells it. Nothing magical about my decision. I've read nothing bad about it, and it seems consistent. It's a good idea to shake up the salt before using it to ensure even distribution. Calcium has been about 480 and magnesium at 1400, although it's not unusual for salt mixes to vary a bit from bucket to bucket. If my LFS sells another brand I probably will be happy with it too.

Marc is probably putting a huge soft coral tank on that wall. With the 400g who would waste time looking at tv. Furthermore, Marc is probably missing those Rare Red Mushrooms. :-p

Well, if we are talking about an upgrade Marc. I would start thinking about a projector with 96 in screen.

I've got big plans for that wall you are mocking! I just want to get the tank situation buttoned up before I rip open a new project.

Midnight, you beat me to it! Love the lack of respect on the lesser objects! Hey! As long as his multi-dimensional 3-way omni-powered flux capacitance reactor system with triple bus comms and full-pressure, calcium-enriched plumbing is cleaned up under the tank, who cares about a couple of dangling HDMI cables?

I may have believed it if a rabbit was in the tank, but nope, you're not fulling me... that is a nice hotel though

Are you going to put your new tank build in your site?
I guess I have been lucky. I have had my tank for ten years or so but it has ony been a fish only tank until this month and I have ony had one crash. We are converting it to a reef tank now that I am simi-retired and have more time to keep an eye on it.

That's a lot of them alright. Over on Melev's Reef? I need to install a new blog software and somehow convert what I have there now to work with it so that data isn't lost. It's quite the undertaking.

    The seahorses needed it.

All of them all the way back to when he started the 280 on RC.
