How long can one keep pre mixed saltwater in a holding container befor using it for water changes?

hey so im looking into getting a clam and was looking for advice on keeping one.

I have the reefbright marinland lighting is that ok?

also is there any good things that people feed them?

has anyone used "NPX Bioplastics" im looking to start using biopelets and am looking for some good types to use.

The store near me only carryes the pellets i mentioned above.

Hey everyone Im having a problem with alge in my tank and i think it my have something to do with how long i have my lights on.

I have the marinland reef led lights and i have them running from 10am till 11 pm.

Is this ok or am i keeping them on to long causing alge?

hey guys soo ive been doing weekly 5 gallon water changes on my 65 gallon tank and the nitrates have been slowly creeping up and now they are getting way to high at 20ppm tested today.

I am planning on getting a biopellet reactor in december just a little short on cash right now.

Can anyone give me any advice on how many gallons i should be changing on a weekly or monthly basis??
