anyone have a good idea on how to build a good ATS (turf scrubber) ive been reading about these and i really want one. since water changes are annoying and messy( i have hard wood floors nough said) so if anyone has an idea or two let me know please

we are wanting a ~60 gal cube tank for a seahorses. do we need an overflow type setup or can i get by with just hang on filter and skimmer? it will be a live rock and seahorse only tank, plus CUC. any thoughts?
