  2. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first photo is of one of the back cabinet door's parts. The door was too narrow to have a raised panel so it is a standard panel. There are two doors one on each side. The next three photos are of the parts for the back cabinet that is attached to the back panel. The back panel is the same as the side panels with the exception it has no air vent at the bottom. The fifth photo is the center partition inside the cabinet. This is where the power bars for the controller will be mounted. The partition ...

  3. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first two photos are of the parts for the side panels and side panel doors. These are the same as the canopy side panels and doors only they are longer. The second two photos are of the side panel and door assembled. These are attached differently than the canopy side panels. In the fifth photo you can see the notches in the sides of the panel. These parts were notched so that they can be used on either side. Only every other notch is used depending on which side it is used on. This allows ...

  4. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first two photos are of the inner stand with primer. The paint was on in the rest of the photos. The area for the electronics is in black. The sump area or wet area is in white. This theme is used throughout this project. The white area also has a rubber coating. I noticed this stuff at Home Depot and decided to try it. Since this is for experimental reasons of sorts I figured I give it a try. The bottom of the stand is sealed so it should hold water if there is a minor spill. I plan on using ...

  5. 42 Gallon Hex build

The first photo below is the parts for the barrier between the sump area and the electronics area of the stand. The next photo is the barrier assembled. Next is a photo of the inner stand assembled and glued, bottom view. The next photo is a front view with the barrier imstalled. It has holes drilled and inserts installed to mount modules for the controller. Note the opening near the bottom is for the wires and cables for the sensors. The next photo is a view from the top of the inner stand. The ...
