While I was at MACNA my system ran OK with one exception. One of my sump cooling fans went out and took out the fan controller with it. All the fans were off because of this with the exception of the cooling fans for the LED lighting. The water temp did go up to 82 degrees with the fans out. This was not so bad. The real issue is it could have caused a fire since the the circuit board in the fan and the one in the controller had burnt spots. You could smell that burning smell in the room a couple ...
The first few photo's are of the stand during the build. You can see the 2 PVC conduits that will have the wiring that runs from the front to back of the stand. There are 2 sets of hangers that are mounted between the 2 conduits. The return manifold is mounted to the hanger between the 2 conduits. The first 3 photo's are of a completed side panel for the stand. A panel was added to the back of the doors to help protect the raised panel door from water and salt spray. These panels have the same rubber coating that is on the stand and they are painted white. The side doors are all the same except for the direction the door swings. In case some of you are intrested in how I made the outer frames I posted some photos of the devices used. These were made from scrap wood and MDF. I made 2 templates out of MDF. I also made a frame out of wood to help in placing the templates down onto the part that needs the 1/4" pattern cut into it. When I had the back cabinet off I decided to change up a few things including mounting the outlet boxes in the cabinet assembly instead of on the bottom outer frame assembly (first two photos). I also set them at a 15 degree angle to make it a little easier to plug things in and out. I kept tripping the GFI breaker with my fingers when it was mounted on the outer frame.
