I see on a lot of photos of tanks a lot of turbulance on the water surface. Should I point one of my pumps up towards the surface? Is it benificial for the o2 exchange???

since starting my 125 gallon reef tank with 25 gallon fuge i have been adding aprox 2.5 gallons of make up water per day. There seems to be high humidity in my house so I bought a dehumidifier. Ironically it pulls about 2 gallons of water per day out of the air in the room. My question is "can I use the condensed water as makeup water? It must be pure water. Thanks Kitch

Is it normal for corals to all of a sudden die for no reason seemingly? I just lost a frogspawn and a couple of mushroom corals and cant figure out why. Salinity normal, 0 ammonia,nitrate .5 phosphate, 440 ca ,ph 7.8.8.0 All the other fish and corals look great. Seems to be a lot of little red
flakes everywhere...could they be flatworms and could they be the cause? Thanks Kitch40
