  1. 3Ds of Syed's 320G Rimless Reef

    So guys.....here we go...

    I made some 3Ds of Rimless. any suggestion..... I got question for all of you.... Do you thing 120cm L x 100cm W x 60cm H with 12MM Tempered Glass will go without eurobracing. I want Pure Rimless.....and open look from top.

    More than 12MM starphire is not available in market..... I need your suggestion....

  2. SYED's 320G Rimless Reef

    Well, well, well....looks like I'm back on familiar grounds. It has been nearly two years since I last started my 300 Gallon Mixed Reef. I sold off my second build reef and have just planning rimless.

    I plan on doing some interesting things with this new setup, and I know that it will be even better than the last one.

    The new tank will be Rimless and will have the following specs:

    Display Tank
    120cm L x 100cm W x 65cm H Rimless
    Nearly 200 gallons ...

    UPDATE,

    So here we go....., so let me just quickly post that the DIY reflectors arrived, canopy installed. Its looks amazing. Pic are coming right now........



    Reflectors are little dirty. I cleaned with white plan vinegar. It is clean like glass.

  4. Bubble Killer

    UPDATE
    OK guys & girls , got some updates to show you. Picked up a couple hole saws and got started DIY Bubble killer to reduce water splash/bubbles and noise in the sump. ..... If you've never seen a closeup of an arbor and hole saw, here it is.


    It fits most hand drill chucks. Note the alignment pins and threads on the arbor.

  5. An accident

    UPDATE
    Tank Filled by yesterday. I put some more cured live rock. Since there is no substrate at the bottom, I can see small creature is finding their food on the bottom glass and swimming around. I am sure this is an indication that the water is still healthy. Everything is going fine; otherwise, all the creature may die.
