After a few more water changes, adding some live sand and manually removing more algae I have come to this look. I'm now heading out to add to my clean up crew and hopefully get rid of the rest of the hair algae in the tank.

The last time I posted on this site was 6 years ago. Seems so much longer, but I guess with 3 moves around Texas in that time, it would seem longer. I went from Georgetown Tx, to San Antonio Tx, to Arlington, TX, back to where I am now, New Braunfels, Tx. Lots of time spent up and down the I-35 corridor! Anyways in that time I have gone through several tanks and none have survived the moves. I ended up selling livestock and tanks, but for the last 2 years I have had a 20 gallon long going. Well ...
