stumbled across this and thought it was funny

Didn't we used to have a guy that made really good posts of his 400 gallon upgrade. I think we need to find him and get some more updates.

I was out mowing the grass one day and I saw a Public Works truck pull up to the neighbors house. Three men climb out of the truck and grab some tools from the bed of the truck. One guy measures and marks a spot on the ground. A second man digs decent size hole and stands back. The third gentleman fills the hole back in with the same dirt and they pack up and drive down the street. They stop about four house down and repeat the same thing.
