So my green BTAa seems to like to move in and out of the sun(so to speak.) I have two false perculas that host in my green BTA. It seems that the BTA like to come out from under the rock work in the morning and sun most of the day and then around evening or dusk he starts to recede back into a cave in the rock work. How many hours does a BTA need with 250 halides? Also, I have seen conflicting info on feeding. should they get large meaty foods or is a squirt of smaller foods good?
I have a 12 gal Nano Cube tank that I want to use for a Q tank. Just wonder if I should just set it up as is. I think I could plumb it into my system and give it the total water volume and parameters of system. Though I believe if I needed to dose something this would make that a bad idea. Just looking for general thoughts on this. Any input is appreciated.
