Interested in your opinion on this. I've seen it happen in two tanks where the first tank was struggling with HA and I suggested to the owner to dose MB7 to deal with it. It did take care of the HA after the loading period and a couple of weeks at the weekly dose dose. few weeks later at the weekly dose Cyano appeared and didn't stop even with syphoning and additional MB7 dosing. LAter on he used Zeobac, Zeozyme and KZ coral snow and after few weeks cyano was gone. Tank is ...
Finally got to go see the Wall unit, the builder opted to display it for us at his workshop to see it, to avoid changes to be made after it's installed... The wall unit is the cause of all the delay of this build. It was supposed to be delivered around August but then we decided to have the wall unit installed before the stand is positioned to make sure the wood and glass are flush against each other. Initial plan and objective of the setup is to provide a backup of my prized corals which is not inline with the tank. So that if disaster strikes I will not have to start from scratch. I will also use the setup to share trade or sell frags to fellow reefers instead of continuously fragging my colonies, as after the move they'll be placed in the new tank with enough ...

The fishroom is in an attick around 6 feet higher from the sump 7.5 feet including height of the tanks in the fishroom. Overall I’m satisfied with the layout. But would appreciate opinions on the following: ...
Stand was delivered. 4x4 cm 3mm think steel (1.6x1.6 inch 1/8" steel bars) Was 2.5 inches taller than ordered so had to cut down a bit from the legs, hopefully that won't make it very hard to clean under it. Also wasn't impressed by the epoxy paint they did so had it resanded and repainted on site by 3 coats of epoxy. which took a few days to get done. ...
